Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") outline the conditions under which RPUNIVERSE ("we", "us") provides digital products, training, consulting, and related services.
1. Engagements & proposals
Written proposals describe scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, and payment schedules. Acceptance of a proposal or payment of an invoice constitutes agreement to these Terms.
2. Client responsibilities
Clients provide timely access to necessary information, assets, and decision-makers. Delays may impact delivery dates or incur rescheduling fees.
3. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, final deliverables are assigned to the client unless otherwise agreed. RPUNIVERSE retains the right to reference non-confidential work in portfolios and case studies.
4. Training participation
Training materials and recordings are licensed for the purchasing organisation's internal use unless an extended license is agreed in writing.
5. Payment
Unless specified, 50% of fees are due on project start and the balance upon delivery. Late payments may attract a 5% monthly surcharge.
6. Warranty & liability
Work is delivered and warranted according to the project contract. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Any post-launch support or maintenance is scoped separately.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. Work completed to date will be invoiced accordingly.
